iMetaLab Suite: A one‐stop toolset for metaproteomics

چکیده
Metaproteomics is a recently thriving technique that studies the collection of proteins in complex microbiomes human, animal, plant, and environment. The bioinformatics workflow required for metaproteomics research, from database search protein quantification to downstream functional taxonomic analysis has been challenging thus limiting accessibility microbiome researchers. To overcome these challenges, we have developed set tools named iMetaLab Suite. Suite includes following components: (1) MetaLab Desktop, an automated software facilities identification quantitation microbiomes; (2) iMetaReport allows users quickly access results data profiles; (3) interactive online toolset, iMetaShiny, covering most frequently used functional, taxonomic, statistical metaproteomics. free, easily accessible, actively updated toolset available assist researchers explore metaproteomic data.

The MetaProteomeAnalyzer: a powerful open-source software suite for metaproteomics data analysis and interpretation.
The enormous challenges of mass spectrometry-based metaproteomics are primarily related to the analysis and interpretation of the acquired data. This includes reliable identification of mass spectra and the meaningful integration of taxonomic and functional meta-information from samples containing hundreds of unknown species. To ease these difficulties, we developed a dedicated software suite, ...
متن کاملA Monitoring Toolset for Paose
Paose (Petri net-based Agent-Oriented Software Engineering) combines the paradigm of AOSE (Agent-Oriented Software Engineering, see [10]) with the expressive power of Petri nets – reference nets [12] to be more precise. While AOSE is a powerful approach when it comes to designing and developing distributed (agent) applications, it does not address the problems specific to debugging, monitoring,...
متن کاملModular Architecture for a Toolset Supporting OCL
The practical application of the Object Constraint Language, which is part of the UML speci cation since version 1.1, depends crucially on the existence of adequate tool support. This paper discusses general design issues for OCL tools. It is argued that the nature of OCL will lead to a large variety of tools, applied in combination with a variety of di erent UML tools. Therefore, a exible modu...
